1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Elevate WebDesign Studio (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using our website or hiring our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services Provided

We offer website design, website development, digital branding, eCommerce setup, and maintenance services. Service details, features, and deliverables are outlined in individual project agreements or invoices.

3. Project Process

Clients must provide all required content (text, images, branding) before design work begins. Delays in providing materials may delay delivery timelines.

4. Payment Terms

  • A 50% deposit is required before any project begins.

  • The remaining 50% is due upon project completion, before final delivery or website launch.

  • All payments are non-refundable once work has begun.

5. Revisions

Revisions are limited according to the selected package. Additional revisions beyond the package may incur extra fees.

6. Website Ownership

Upon full payment, clients own the final website design, layout, and content.
We retain rights to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Third-Party Costs

Clients are responsible for third-party costs such as:

  • Hosting fees

  • Domain registration

  • Premium apps, plugins, or integrations

We do not control billing or pricing of third-party services.

8. Project Timeline

Estimated timelines are provided during onboarding. Timelines may change based on:

  • Client response times

  • Delays in content submission

  • Technical issues outside our control

9. Maintenance & Support

Maintenance is only included if the client purchases a Monthly Care Plan.
Without a maintenance plan, ongoing updates or support may be billed separately.

10. Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Loss of data

  • Downtime caused by hosting providers

  • Website misuse

  • Security issues arising from third-party integrations

We strive to ensure quality and security but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

11. Confidentiality

We respect client confidentiality and will not share project details or sensitive information with third parties without permission.

12. Cancellation Policy

If a project is cancelled by the client after work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable and additional fees may apply depending on progress made.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
